You can now download the new Prospective Payment System Grouper software taking effect on Jan. 1. The v05.0.24 software update includes updated threshold values for functional impairment levels for all clinical groups; updated functional impairment scoring for OASIS elements; updated comorbidity subgroups for low comorbidity adjustment; and updated comorbidity subgroup interactions for high comorbidity adjustment.
