Watch This Reason For Bogus Claims Suspensions

If you’re having trouble with claims suspending with reason code E4502, you’ll have to wait for a resolution. “CGS is aware of an issue causing some home health and hospice billing transactions, including Notices of Election (NOEs), and Requests for Anticipated Payments (RAPs) to suspend incorrectly with reason code E4502,” the Medicare Administrative Contractor says in a message to providers.
