OASIS-C1 and Process Outcome Changes: Wed. Jan. 22, 1 pm ET. The new OASIS-C1 is scheduled for implementation on October 1, 2014. Proposed changes to the data collection items were initially developed to accommodate the changes required by the ICD-10-CM coding format, but they also have the potential to impact payment and quality outcomes.
