12-State Chain Merges Hospice Operations In New England State

Affiliated companies SolAmor Hospice and Life Choice Hospice have merged their Connecticut operations and are now providing care under the name Life Choice Hospice of Connecticut, reports the Hartford Courant newspaper.
Life Choice Hospice provides end-of-life services to more than 1,900 patients each day in 12 states,it says.
