If you aren't sure how to best use your newly updated hospice PEPPER report and missed Medicare's WebEx on the free benchmarking report, you're in luck. You now can view a recording of the video conference, as well as its slides and questions-and-answers, via links at www.pepperresources.org/Training-Resources/Hospices, PEPPER contractor TMF Health Quality Institute says. You can also check out the newly updated PEPPER retrieval map to see how many hospices have downloaded their new reports. At press time, the state with the highest retrieval rate since April 6 was West Virginia, where 17 of 20 hospices have downloaded the reports for an 85 percent rate.
