Regional Chain Acquires Oklahoma Provider

The Ensign Group's home health and hospice subsidiary, Cornerstone Healthcare Inc., has acquired the assets of Excell Home Care and Hospice and Excell Private Care Services in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, according to a release. The deal marks Cornerstone's entry into the Oklahoma market. Cornerstone subsidiaries now operate 22 hospice operations, 20 home health operations, and four home care operations across 11 states, the company says.
