How Does Your CNA Pay Stack Up?

Visiting Nurse Association hospices pay certified nursing assistants nearly 10 percent more on average than for-profit hospices, according to the newly released 2019 Hospice Salary & Benefits Report, published by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service, in cooperation with the National Association for Home Care & Hospice. That’s $14.96 versus $13.62, according to HCS’s survey of 693 hospices, HCS says in a release.
