Answer: The ICD-10 code for this diagnosis is B02.24 (Postherpetic myelitis), which also covers Herpes zoster myelitis. B02.24 is part of the B00-B09 group of codes that describe viral infections characterized by skin and mucous membrane lesions. B02 is the branch of all herpes zoster conditions, of which myelitis is part of B02.2 (Zoster with other nervous system involvement).
