Case No. 2: Mr. V requires two therapy staff and parallel bars to learn how to ambulate. He currently attends physical therapy six days a week. He uses a wheelchair on the nursing unit.
Case No. 3: A staff member must provide continual verbal cuing while the resident walks down the hallway to ensure he walks slowly and safely.
ANSWERS:
Case No. 1 (Mrs. Q): Self Performance = 2; Support Provided = 2
