"If they miss two days of therapy and then they go home on day three, an EOT OMRA is actually not required," answered a CMS rep. But the facility may do one, she added.Question:
"We're saying that if day seven of the COT falls on [the ARD of] a scheduled assessment ... you do not have to combine it but you can combine it if it benefits the facility. That's true?"Answer:
