Introduced Sept. 8 by Rep. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce. H.R. 3698. A bill to provide temporary Medicaid disaster relief in response to Hurricane Katrina, and for other purposes. Introduced Sept. 8 by Rep. John Dingell (D-MI) and referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
