Medicare has finished mailing new MBI-based Medicare cards to Medicare beneficiaries who live in Wave 6 states (Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming), CMS reports.
