Palonosetron hydrochloride is a chemical compound that acts by selectively blocking the serotonin 5-HT3 receptors. It is used for the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapeutic agents.
Zoledronic acid belongs to the class of bisphosphonate compounds and is used t treat hypercalcemia of malignancy.
