Question: Is there any guidance on whether to report HCPCS codes to our DMERC or local carrier?

Answer: CMS offers a jurisdiction list that specifies this information.
The list is at

www.cms.hhs.gov/center/dme.asp.
What you'll find: The transmittal offers a chart that includes the HCPCS code, description, and jurisdiction. For example:
