The insert Billing for Casting Supplies: A State-by-State Guide that accompanied the August 2000 Orthopedic Coding Alert listed the addresses for submitting claims to Durable Medical Equipment Regional Carriers (DMERCs). The address listed for Region A was incorrect. All DMERC claims for Region A, which includes Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont, should be directed to:
