Correction:

Report 95115 When Patient Provides Serum

The answer to "You Be the Coder" in the Fourth Quarter 2003 Allergy Coding Alert should have indicated that when a patient who requires immunotherapy brings in serum for his biweekly allergy injection, you should report 95115 (Professional services for allergen immunotherapy not including provision of allergenic extracts; single injection) because the patient provided the serum.
