Georgia Subscriber Answer: You should report 31237 (Nasal/sinus endoscopy, surgical; with biopsy, polypectomy or debridement [separate procedure]). Keep in mind: You can use this unilateral code when your otolaryngologist removes any identified lesions from the internal nasal cavity.
