If you're still trying to decide whether to enroll in the Competitive Acquisition Program (CAP) for Part B drugs, then you can get more information online. CMS updated the CAP information page with addresses for submitting your enrollment form, plus a recording of a teleconference with the CAP vendor. Get the scoop at www.cms.hhs.gov/CompetitiveAcquisforBios/02_infophys.asp.
Also, you can get a refresher course on Medicare preventive services online by taking the Web-based training course at http://tinyurl.com/m8uo2. The course includes information about new preventive services, such as the Welcome To Medicare benefit and diabetes and cardiovascular disease screenings. It also covers diabetes self-management and other screenings.
