Correction

The December 2003 Pathology/Lab Coding Alert contained an error on page 89. The first sentence in the section titled "1. Determine if Pap Test Is for Screening" should read, "Physicians order screening Pap tests at regular intervals for patients without signs of disease," not "... with signs of disease."
