This table provides a breakdown of the new ICD-10-CM 2023 endometriosis codes that go in effect Oct. 1, 2022. The numbers that are not shaded are reportable codes that require no additional characters, with the following exception: For the codes in the “depth” column that are shaded, add the appropriate 6th character that is not shaded to indicate laterality.
