Dont Charge Extra for 69210 on Both Ears

Question: For CPT 69210 , should I charge one price if both ears are irrigated? Illinois Subscriber Answer: Yes, you should report 69210 (Removal impacted cerumen [separate procedure], one or both ears) regardless of whether the pediatrician removes wax from the right ear, the left ear, or both ears. The code stipulates "one or both ears."
