Answer: You won't find global days for 0062T (Percutaneous intradiscal annuloplasty, any method, unilateral or bilateral including fluoroscopic guidance; single level) or +0063T (...one or more additional levels [list separately in addition to 0062T for primary procedure]). CPT has not established global days for any of the category III codes because there are no relative value units (RVUs) associated with them yet.
Best bet: Base the global period on a comparable CPT code that you use to base your provider's fee on. If the code you used as a basis for fee has a 90-day global, the RVUs and reimbursement for the valid code include any associated services in the post-op period for 90 days, then likewise for your category III code.
