This transmittal revises, clarifies and makes corrections to Chapter 46, Rural Health Clinic (RHC) Cost Report, Form CMS‑222‑17, by revising existing edits, creating new edits, and updating references.

The inflation factors in Section 1499 are applied at the beginning of a cost reporting period.

The factor for CY 2021 has been added and the factor for CY 2011 has been deleted.  The factors are applied on a calendar year basis.
