The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) posted a new NDC-HCPCS crosswalk for COVID-19 codes on July 14, 2022. This data is now on Codify. You can find National Drug Code (NDC) information on Codify code detail pages and also in our NDC-HCPCS Lookup. To access the tool, start in the top menu and then select Coding Tools/NDC-HCPCS Lookup.
