Now on Codify by AAPC: Find Q2 2025 updates for CPT®, HCPCS, ICD-10, MPFS, and more

Second-quarter updates to coding data are available on Codify by AAPC as of April 1, 2025. Many areas related to coding saw changes. Please note that Medicare and Medicaid have not released complete updates for several areas. Codify by AAPC will update those areas once the data is available.

Here’s a sampling of the updates you’ll find, depending on your Codify by AAPC package:

• CPT^®
• HCPCS Level II
• ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS
• National Correct Coding Initiative (NCCI) Procedure-to-Procedure edits for Medicare
• Medicare fee schedules, such as Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) and Average Sales Price (ASP)
• National drug code (NDC) crosswalk to HCPCS

We’ve updated our proprietary crosswalks and lay terms for codes, too, making sure they reflect the latest coding changes.

The second quarter includes April, May, and June dates of service. Be sure you apply this latest information to your claims to improve accuracy and optimize reimbursement.
