Now on Codify by AAPC: Look for New Bebtelovimab Codes for COVID-19 Treatment

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services released three new HCPCS Level II codes related to bebtelovimab, which providers may order to treat COVID-19. The codes were effective Feb. 11, 2022, the date the Food and Drug Administration authorized the emergency use of bebtelovimab.

These codes are now available on Codify by AAPC:

• Q0222 for the supply of bebtelovimab;
• M0222 for administration; and
• M0223 for administration in the patient’s home.
