To apply the correct conversion factor, choose QP for qualifying alternative payment model (APM) participants (QPs). QPs receive a higher annual update to the MPFS conversion factor. Choose non-QP for practitioners who are not QPs. Clinicians not participating in or meeting metrics for APMs receive a lower annual update to the MPFS conversion factor. Visit Participation Lookup - QPP to check your provider's participation status.
