Hello All!
Can you bill 90791 & 99354? My provider spent almost 2 hours with the patient.

no 99354 can only be added on to the codes listed under the number in the CPT book. The only Psychiatric code that it can be used with is the 90837. If you have me the components for interactive complexity, you can add the 90785 code, however it is not a timed code either.
