Would anyone have any suggestions on an ICD for a patient (with amputated lower leg) who came in to PCP office due to his orthotic malfunction ("orthotic just broke"). PCP ended up referring patient for orthotic replacement.

Does Z44.8 work for the scenario? Or perhaps T84.318A as it does not specify an "internal" prosthetic device.
