Wiki Concurrent infusion, same drug, different strength.

A patient comes to the ED and has Vanco 1000 mg infused from 11:27 to 1:18 and Vanco 750 mg infused from 11:28 to 12:45. Same site.
Is this coded as one drug to two? 96365 or 96365 and 96368.

I would code as 96365 only. Same drug, same site, within same infusion time.
