Wiki G63 with G20

I have a provider that is trying to link G63 Polyneuropathy in diseases classified elsewhere with G20 Parkinson's disease. On the guidelines G20 is not a part of. I just want to make sure it could be link together.
If anyone has any idea I would appreciate it.
