Is there a HCPCS for Pediatric Disability Stroller. I only see for wheeler chairs.
 
Have you tried to bill this through DME E1399? This is miscellaneous. I don't see a code specific to a "stroller". It is possible to have a physician make note that a therapeutic positioning seat is medically necessary for children who require it. This would be covered. CPT could be E0190 for positioning to include components and accessories for need.
