I have a new ENT coming into our rural Wyoming hospital provider group from a private practice in another state. He wants to bill 31295, 31296, 31297 31298 and 30520 in the office. Place of service 11. Has anyone had any issues with reimbursement on these codes and this location. My previous ENT did most of his procedures in the OR.
