I do not understand how people that just received their CPC-A are trying to work from home. I have read that many have not had any experience in the medical field, which states they are lacking medical knowledge. I will be a new CPC soon and I have 15 plus years of experience in the medical field, as well as college degree in same field and I would not expect nor want to do remote coding right away. Just because you pass the exam does not mean you have all the knowledge on how to code, because you do not. Reality is like in most jobs you need experience, and you have to start somewhere but it won't be the top. I am sorry but I am a blunt person and live in reality.
