Help I need a cpt code for a telephone call to client to inform of lab results. This code has to be payable by medicare
 
The codes that I believe you are looking for are 99441-99443 (Telephone services) but I do not believe they are paid by Medicare. Also, if the lab results are the result of a related E/M service that was provided within the previous 7 days then these codes are inclusive to that E/M visit. HOpe that is helpful to you.
