I am having a similar problem. I finished Practicode to go from CPC-A to CPC, submitted 18 CEUs, and started listening to the AAPC podcast. (I even added these to the education section of my resume.) I've been seeking jobs since the beginning of...

I work for an infectious diseases and wound care office, and providers frequently report 99406 in annual wellness visits, even when the patients are nonsmokers. Insurance refused claims many times; any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I got the study guide. It was very helpful. I also did a spine webinar as that is my weak spot. I then wrote notes in my cpt book on those areas for things I needed to watch for.
