Help for Nashville Conference Registrants

I am registered for conference. What do I need to do?
Your registration for the conference itself is still valid and secure; no action is necessary other than arranging travel and accomodations.

Note: The overall cost of hosting the conference in Jacksonville is less expensive than Nashville. As a result, AAPC will pass along those savings by reducing the price of conference by $100.

Will the conference dates change?
Conference dates and times will remain the same (June 6-9).

Where is the conference?
The conference will be held at the Prime Osborn Convention Center
1000 Water Street
Jacksonville, FL 32204
(904) 630-4000

How do I arrange my travel/accommodations for Jacksonville?
Call your airline to have your ticket changed. We recommend that you call rather than go online so you may explain the situation and ask to have any additional fees waived if possible.

I registered for a room at the Opryland as part of my registration. What should I do?
For those that paid AAPC for Gaylord hotel rooms, your reservation is being transferred to one of the new conference hotels in Jacksonville, Florida. You will receive your new hotel confirmation number next week. If you registered independently with the Gaylord or another Nashville hotel, you will need to contact them directly.

What if I need to cancel my registration?
You may contact us by 7 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, May 11 to cancel with no penalty. You will then receive a refund in the same manner in which you paid (check, credit card, etc.). Following that date, normal cancellation policies will apply — because it is within the 30-day limit before conference, refunds will not be issued.
