Use These DDE Steps For Claims Questions, RHHI Says

Wondering how to figure out why your claim paid less than you submitted for? After medical review, you can check Direct Data Entry using these steps, according to Palmetto GBA's new medical review fact sheet for HHAs: 1) At the DDE Main Menu, select 02. Press Enter. 2) Select 26 and press enter. 3) Enter page number '04' and press enter. Medical Review remarks are located on page 04.
