Federal Agents Raid Chain's OKC Offices

An FBI raid is never a good sign. "Multiple agencies" including the FBI are investigating Oklahoma City-based chain Carter Healthcare, reports Fox25 News. The company, which has 60 locations across eight states, provides home health, hospice, DME, and pharmacy services, its website says. Company founder and pharmacist Stan Carter notes on the website that the company is Joint Commission accredited.
