Turn To DDE For Online Claims Correction, MAC Tells Providers

Relying on your MAC's customer service reps to correct your online claims isn't likely to be an option for you much longer. "Returned to Provider claim corrections should be made via Direct Data Entry," HHH MAC Palmetto GBA instructs in a new post on its website. "All claim corrections must be made by the providers." Providers can access the DDE User's Manual for the steps in the corrections process, Palmetto advises.
