Having trouble navigating in DDE?

Having trouble navigating in DDE? You're in good company. Problem: "There is an issue with the page number functionality in Direct Data Entry (DDE)," National Government Services says in a message to providers. "Providers cannot currently enter a page number and click on enter while in a claim to get to a different page in DDE." Temporary solution: Providers "can use the F8 key to move forward to the page they wish to view or enter or use the F7 key to move backward," NGS explains. Stay tuned for a system correction, NGS adds.
