VNA Joins Health System In Pennsylvania

VNA/Hospice of Monroe County in East Stroudsburg, Pa., has joined Pocono Health System, it says in a release on its website. "The new partnership will result in an effective continuum of care from the hospital to home care or hospice care," the release says.
