Submit ADR Responses Carefully To Avoid Confusion

When you receive an additional development request, submitting comprehensive documentation to back up the services you provided is a must. But you also need to pay attention to the manner in which you submit your records, RHHI Palmetto GBA says in a new article about what to include when responding to an ADR. Pointer: Don't use paper clips to organize the records you submit. Paper clips on medical records "can become dislodged," the intermediary warns. Instead, "use one staple or elastic band per record to attach the documentation and ADR together," Palmetto recommends.
