LHC-LifePoint Buy 2 More Agencies

LHC Group Inc. and LifePoint Health are further expanding their joint venture with acquisitions of two new locations. The partnership plans to buy a home health provider and a hospice provider in Bryant, Arkansas. The agencies are associated with LifePoint’s Saline Memorial Hospital, Lafayette, Louisiana-based LHC says in a release. >LHC plans to close the acquisition in January. The agencies will operate under the names Saline Memorial Home Health and Saline Memorial Hospice, respectively, the company says.
