You may now submit your Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP) data for 2013 on CMS’s new website for the purpose online at https://hospice.qtso.com.
Hospices must use the site to enter and submit the 2013 Structural measure and the 2013 NQF #0209 Pain measure data to CMS for the FY 2015 payment determination, the agency directs. Hospices must submit data for each measure by April 1 for payment determination.
Start over: “User accounts that were established during the January 1, 2013 - April 1, 2013 submission period are no longer valid,” CMS explains on the site. “Each individual submitting measure data during the January 1, 2014 through April 1, 2014 submission period must register for a new account.”
