Threshold For Legal Review Rises In New Year

Among the rates rising in 2021 are the ones that qualify you for certain legal reviews. The amount that must remain in controversy for Administrative Law Judge hearings will go up by $10 to $180 for requests filed on Jan. 1, 2021, and after, HHH Medicare Administrative Contractor National Government Services. For reviews in Federal District Court, the AIC will increase by $90 to $1,760 for appeals filed on or after Jan. 1, NGS adds.
