When it comes to the minimum data set, your facility needs the latest information to ensure accurate quality indicators, quality measures and payment. So check out the updated draft Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Users Manual at cms.hhs.gov/medicaid/mds20/man-form.asp. The updated draft, which the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services reportedly plans to release soon in finalized form, integrates the MDS Q&As issued over the years.
