311 (ADL, maintain, improve)

312 (ADL, dependent resident)

325 (nutrition, maintain)

326 (nutrition, therapeutic diet)

327 (hydration)

328 (special needs, prosthetics)

411 (dental services, SNF, refer, dentures)

412 (routine/emergency dental services)
