Theres no crystal ball that can tell you whether or not your best staff will stay at your facility, but the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living have developed another method to help detect certified nursing assistant retention problems. AHCA and NCAL have developed a CNA Pre-Employment Test, designed to help identify the strongest applicants and those most likely to stick around. The test, administered and scored using PC-based software, takes less than 30 minutes to complete and examines skill levels, knowledge, performance and potential for longevity.
