Source: RAI User's Manual

1. Code "3" at O3 because the resident received injections on three days during the last seven days.

2. Code "1" at O3 because the resident received two injections on the same day in the last seven days.

3. Although the dosage is different for different days of the week, the medication is the same. Code "1" (one medication received) at O1.
